This is part of our effort to show consumers and advertisers the differences
that exist in the various popular browsers. At this time we're comparing the
Microsoft Internet Explorer, NetScape Navigator and WebTV browsers.

Screen Area Test
This test will help you adjust your browser window to the correct size of the client
area on various browsers.
Assumptions:
- the Microsoft or NetScape browser is being used on a PC with a 800 x 600 SVGA display
using the standard menu bars.
- the WebTV browser is being used on a NTSC compatible video system and the browser windows has been
centered via the setup page.
Usage:
- Adjust your browser to the dimensions of the various background images. Then jump to your web pages
and see what the user will see upon initially arriving at your site.
- There is no substitute for the exact capabilities of the browser. But, that's another section....
MS Internet Explorer
- 780 x 460 client area
NetScape Navigator
- 790 x 445 client area
WebTV
- 544 x 378 client area
Font Test
This test will show you how various browsers handle the various heading and font tags in use today.
Assumptions:
- The browser is capable of displaying various sized fonts.
Usage:
- View the page with various browsers to decide which tags give desirable results for your usage.
- Compare what your browser displays to the sample image we provide.

This test will show you how various browsers handle the graphic tags and options in use today.
Assumptions:
- The browser is capable of displaying images.

This test will help you see the capabilities of various browsers in displaying tables and the associated option tags.
Assumptions:
- The browser used is capable of displaying tables.

CGI Test
This test will allow you to see what your browser tells the server when you jump to a link or fill out a form.
Assumptions:
- The browser used is capable of handling forms.
Usage:
- View the page with various browsers and select the various links to see what information is displayed.
